Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson by IHG

There are 2 major hotel chains in Jackson there is this place and another. This is much better than the other. Ive been to both. Holiday Inn express is relatively new, furnishings are new and in good repair, the bed is Huge but very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Pool is open and kids like it. On a really good note this site doesn't seem to have much road traffic noise (a good thing). There is a limited continental breakfast served in togo containers. The cinnamon rolls are very tasty. Ive enjoyed my stay so far. Plenty of parking for all sizes of vehicles. Easy to get in and out of.

All of the staff were very friendly and hard working. I stayed for almost two weeks. The room windows opened which was great to air out the room. I enjoyed my stay, breakfast was pretty decent and always clean. Although, my bathroom door was janky and the hotel left a rubber door stopper in the room to assist. It was just a bit inconvenient and created a lot of steam by not closing.

Alyssa was amazing, doing so much and yet her customer service is above and beyond. She went out of her way to assist us and make sure our stay was great! Thank you so much Alyssa! The rooms were clean and the perfect size and the coffee and breakfast great!!

We had a family function and the rest of the family stayed at this hotel, my wife wanted to stay here with the rest of the family. I had read the reviews and I wasn't satisfied on what I read, I actually wanted to stay somewhere else instead. I did understand my wife decision and thought it was not going to be a great stay. I was totally surprised and the 2 nights we stayed everything was wonderful I had no complaints.. I have stayed in many hotels, the Holiday Inn express is not my top pick, usually because the walls are paper thin and you can hear the next door tenants conversation is my biggest complaint, This particular hotel is probably the best I stayed in of Holiday Inn express for a long time.. As of the breakfast it was great and the front office was superb with a sweet pretty gal ( Emily) who made our stay wonderful.. thanks so much A+ job

Room was excellent. Nice and clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was super clean. the only thing that bothered me was the AC unit making a spaceship like sound nonstop which was bothersome.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel! I'm not gonna lie, my expectations were low coming in since I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in many years and we normally stay at brand new hotels with fears of getting a really used and run down room. I can honestly say though that everything was perfect with our stay and exceeded my expectations. It even surpasses the stays I've had at a brand new hotel! The hotel itself was spotless, the room was very clean and recently updated and the bed was very comfy. The water pressure in the shower was the cherry on top! The continental breakfast was just right and the service was nice and professional. We will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time we are in Jackson. Even without having power for our last night during the PG&E issues, I still felt comfortable and the team still had a big smile on their face and accommodated as much as they could. They were prepared for the power outage and were ready when the time came.

From the initial booking online to checking in with the receptionist, Alysha, this was a great hotel and I was beyond surprised with the entire hotel, staff, and what they offer for the price I paid. Our King bed room was spacious with a mini fridge, microwave, and sink. We had a couch with a pull out bed as an extra space. The bed was super comfortable, my room was not old and very clean, and my view was really pretty. Parking was free, breakfast was free and fresh every morning, while the hotel offers free unlimited coffee all day and night long. They even have a pancake machine that you watch dispense the batter, cook, and then come out on your plate which the kids loved. I was extremely impressed with how good the food was, the options available and then every morning it changed so it was not the same breakfast everyday. I need to give a special shout out to the receptionist Alysha. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a moderately priced hotel. I have stayed at many high end hotels and never received the level of service and care I got from Alyshia. Thank you, Alyshia, you made my stay so much better and you are a kind person. The world needs more people like you In it and I hope that Management reads these reviews. I also want to acknowledge the breakfast cook and cleaner I encountered, I didn’t get their names, but they too were so kind and helpful. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel and for sure would go back and recommend to anyone in the area.

Pretty nice hotel, rooms and free breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean. Downfall was that the hot tub was closed. Really the only reason I booked it so very disappointed. But nice location for a one night stay in wine country
